Introducing the quilted Bespoke Empire Lampshade from The Luminary Collection, a celebration of timeless artistry and modern elegance. This shade features an empire silhouette and is crafted from pure linen hand block-print , and then hand sewn in a unique design to create an entirely unique textile - a patchwork quilt. The intricate mix of florals and design patterns bring a touch of grace to any space. The top and bottom of the shade have a rolled edge. Each lampshade is meticulously handcrafted in our Charleston, SC workshop. (Due to the handmade nature of this material, color and pattern may vary slightly.
Lampshade dimensions are measured as: top diameter x bottom diameter x side length
Decoding Our Shade Measurements
Example
- 10"T x 16"B x 11"H indicates T for top, B for bottom, and H for height.
- When selecting your shade, remember that a general guideline is the lamp shade should extend 2 inches beyond each side of the widest part of the lamp.
- For optimal height, maintain a ratio of 40% shade to 60% lamp base, measured from the bottom of the lamp to the socket.
