We Are The Shade Source You Are Looking For
Interior Designers
Whether you're refreshing a lamp or re-envisioning the lighting for an an entire space, we’re here to make the custom process seamless and stunning. You can choose from our curated fabrics or send us your own (C.O.M.), and we’ll take it from there—transforming your material into a shade that reflects the quality of your vision.
Getting started is easy:
- Share your project details via our Custom Shade Form or Trade Application.
- We’ll call you within 24 hours to discuss your needs and send a quote.
- Send us your material— and your existing shade if we need the frame.
- We’ll handle the rest and ship your finished shades - typically just $20–$30, even for multiple pieces.
We work with designers across the country so don’t let distance deter you. Our goal is to become your go-to resource for exceptional, artisan-made lighting elements that elevate every project.

Are there opportunities for co-branding some featured products?
Yes we would love to collaborate with you. Let us know what you have in mind. Creative ideas are always welcome and keeps us vibrant and alive!
Can you provide me with a detailed estimate before I commit to a project?
Yes, we are happy to quote you an estimate for your project, and completely understand if you decide not to move forward.
Is there a minimum order for Designers to receive the trade discount?
No, just send us your credentials and you are good to go.
What are your lead times for Custom Orders and Rush Projects?
Typically 2 weeks from receipt of materials. For special order rings or fabrics just add that to the turnaround time. We can do a rush so just let us know the issue and we will try and help to resolve it.
What financial commitment do you need from me to get started on my project.?
We will require a 50% non refundable deposit of the total project.
How does shipping and handling work for complicated orders?
We can ship to multiple destinations and wil package up the shades for ultimate protection as we know this is precious cargo. For large orders that require many boxes, we will ship via a palette. Shipping will be calculated during the order process.
Can I order samples of materials and shade prototypes before we commit to a large project?
Yes, we send sample swatches at no charge and charge $10 for a sample kit with all our fabrics available and shipping. We can also make a shade to order and will just charge the basic fee for that size shade. Typically the range is $200.
How do you handle support communication and collaboration?
We will assign you one team member for the project and all workflow will be organized through Hub Spot, our CRM Software to ensure all the details, notes, history of communication, and invoices are organized in one digital safe. Your assistant will keep you updated throughout the project so that your expectations are met and the timelines are being kept.
